This Cookie Policy explains which cookies the Iustin Cafe Kids website uses (data controller: Iustin Cafe Kids, Sîngerei, str. Independenței 87/3, phone +373 601 73 349), for what purpose, and how you can withdraw your consent, in accordance with Law No. 195 of 25 July 2024 on the protection of personal data.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website, used to remember information about that visit.
2. What cookies we use
• PHP session cookie (PHPSESSID) — essential, required for login, for the booking process, and for remembering that you unlocked the site with the access code. Deleted automatically when the browser closes or expires after a short period of inactivity.
• CSRF token — essential, protects forms (e.g. the booking form) against cross-site request forgery attacks; stored in the session, does not track the user.
• Language preference cookie (ick_lang) — functional, remembers the chosen language (RO/RU/EN) for future visits; lasts 180 days.
• Cookie consent cookie (ick_cookie_consent) — functional, remembers your choice from this banner (accept/reject/preferences) so it is not shown again on every visit; lasts 180 days.
• Analytics cookies — optional, off by default. The site does not currently use any third-party analytics/statistics services (e.g. Google Analytics); this cookie is reserved for a possible future feature and is only activated if you explicitly enable "analytics cookies" in the banner.
We do not use any third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Legal basis
Processing of essential cookies is based on the legitimate interest/technical necessity of providing the requested service (Art. 5 of Law No. 195/2024); optional (analytics) cookies are based exclusively on your freely given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. How to withdraw your consent
You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner ("Customize" button), use the "Delete preferences" button below, or manually delete cookies from your browser settings (usually under Settings → Privacy → Cookies).
5. Complaints
If you believe your data protection rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) — cnpdcp.gov.md.
