These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the children's play area services provided by Iustin Cafe Kids (Sîngerei, str. Independenței 87/3, phone +373 601 73 349), including bookings made online through this website.
1. Booking
A booking made through the website form is a request, confirmed by phone by our team. A booking becomes final only after phone confirmation. Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you.
2. Payment
Payment is made on-site, in cash or by card, according to the prices displayed on the website and at reception. Prices may change without prior notice for future bookings; already confirmed bookings keep the agreed price.
3. Cancellation and changes
A booking can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if you notify us by phone at least a few hours in advance. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in future bookings being declined.
4. Access and supervision
Children are admitted only accompanied by a responsible adult. Upon arrival, the parent/guardian will sign the Personal Data Processing Consent and acknowledge Iustin Cafe Kids's Internal Regulation, which details the safety rules, access conditions, and the liability clause. The Consent and the Internal Regulation complement these Terms and take precedence regarding specific on-site rules.
5. Liability
Iustin Cafe Kids takes reasonable care to provide a safe environment, but is not liable for accidents caused by failure to follow access/safety rules or improper use of equipment, as detailed in the Data Processing Consent and the Internal Regulation.
6. Conduct and use of the website
Please use the booking form with real information and for its intended purpose. Iustin Cafe Kids reserves the right to refuse access to persons who do not comply with the internal rules or whose behavior endangers the safety of other visitors.
